She completed a five-year Pediatric Neurology residency program at the State University of New York, a one-year Epilepsy fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and a one-year fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Rathinam, a mother of two, has been practicing Pediatric Neurology since 2001.

She completed her residency in Pediatrics in Puerto Rico and her fellowship in Pediatric Neurology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Child Neurology. Dr. Ramos Martínez practices general pediatric neurology but has a special interest in epilepsy. With the vast clinical experience gained during her fellowship, she brings enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to the patients of Kids Neuro Care. Dr. Ramos is happily married and is the mother of one loving little girl.

Larah completed her Bachelor degree in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida and her Master degree in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant at Nova Southeastern University. Larah is happily married and the mother of one fun little boy and one sweet little girl. She enjoys working with children and strives to create a caring, fun, and compassionate environment.
earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice specialized in Pediatrics from Medical University of South Carolina and her Bachelor in Nursing Science from ECPI. Prior to her career as a pediatric nurse practitioner, Maria practiced as an Internal Medicine Physician in her birth country Ecuador, graduated from the Catholic University of Guayaquil. She is board certified in pediatric primary care and is working towards the Pediatric Mental Health certification (PMHS). She is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). Maria is married , mother of 3 and grandmother of a little boy and girl. She enjoys working out, ride her mountain bike and watching movies in her free time
